Founded in 2015, Vantage Healthcare of Ohio is a collaborate of Northwest Ohio independent hospitals that is focused on maintaining hospital independence through collaboration and coordination, ensuring each hospital's ability to provide high quality healthcare to the communities they serve.

Maintain independence through interdependence and cost-savings by:
- Identifying opportunities for joint vendor contracting that lead to cost savings and improved customer experience
- Development and implementation of an advocacy agenda that addresses the needs of independent hospitals at the state and federal levels
- Collaboration across VHO organization departments through affinity groups
